Refund policy

At MZ Trade, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

• The item must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged items (unless received defective)

• Items damaged due to misuse

Return Process
To initiate a return:

1. Email us at mztradeshop@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return

2. Wait for approval and return instructions

3. Ship the item back to our address

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges

• If the item received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost
